CONVA Search billing is computed based on the total count of Monthly Unique Users in an app. Monthly Unique User is someone who has used the app at least once within that particular calendar month in that application. If an app user has used voice search multiple times within a calendar month, still they are counted as ONE Monthly Unique User for that calendar month.
NO. CONVA Search billing is flat across all kinds of voice search users in an app. This makes budgeting for CONVA Search usage much more simpler and easier for Ecommerce app owners and helps them anticipate expected expense better.
To make billing simpler and easier, we compute billing "per 1,000 monthly unique app users" which is easy to track and estimate for app owners too. Different billing rates have been proposed based on volume of monthly users for an application. For apps with higher user volume, we offer flat billing too.
